EINSTEIN’S THEORY OF GRAVITY: ALTERNATIVE EXPERIMENT and THEORY
Abstract. The post- Newtonian theory of gravitation, both in linear and nonlinear approximations is constructed only on the bases of the Maxwell's equations in electrodynamics. Below some corollaries from this theory are considered.

ON THE EVOLUTION OF THE RELATIVITY PRINCIPLE FROM СOPERNICUS TO EINSTEIN
Abstract. An analysis is carried out which breaks the closed circle of the logic snare of Poincare-Einstein, related to mutual substitution of such notions, as dynamic relativity principle, kinematic relativity principle, invariance and covariance of equations of motion. With this in mind, it becomes necessary to revise the physical contents of the basic principles of Einstein’s special and general relativity theories.

ON THE ELECTRODYNAMICS OF BODIES, MOVING IN THE INERTIAL FRAME OF REFERENCE.
Abstract. The electrodynamics of bodies, moving in the inertial frame of reference, is developed in frame of notions and laws of Newton’s classical mechanics. It has been found that Lorenz transformations have the limited region of their application.

TO THE QUESTION ON THE PHYSICAL SPACE-TIME
Abstract. The initial axioms of Einstein’s Special Relativity Theory (SRT) are analyzed. It is shown that wrong interpretation of initial principles in this theory deprives it of the status of the physical theory of space-time, i.e. that novel element that has been introduced by Einstein into the electrodynamics of Lorentz.

TU THE QUESTION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUIVALENCE IN THE EINSTEIN’S GTR
Two classes of reference systems - dynamical and kinematical, - are considered. It is shown that the generally accepted derivation of the basic equation of dynamics of a particle in accelerated frames of reference appears valid only in the kinematical frames of reference. A derivation of this equation is given for the dynamical accelerated frames of reference also. There was revealed, that the transport and Coriolis forces of inertia, appearing at this, are fictive (kinematical) in the first case and real (dynamical) in the second case. Thus Einstein’s principle of equivalence of a gravitational field to a field of forces of inertia appears fair only in the dynamical accelerated frames of reference.

CLASSIFICATION OF THE REFERENCE SYSTEMS IN PHYSICS
It is revealed that attribution in contemporary physics of all non-accelerated reference systems to inertial, and all accelerated in relation to them to the non-inertial reference systems is incorrect. The concept of dynamical and kinematical reference systems is introduced. It is shown, that inertial and non-inertial reference systems can be only dynamic ones. The basic equation of dynamics of a material particle in the dynamical non-inertial reference systems in mechanics and Maxwell electrodynamical equations in the kinematical non-accelerated (in relation to the inertial) reference systems in electrodynamics, missing in the modern physics, are derived. Problems of dynamics of moving bodies that cannot be solved correct without these missing equations of physics, are considered.
Potjekhin A.F. ON THE MATHEMATICAL BASES OF EINSTEIN’S STR
The concept of the Dynamic and Kinematic reference systems, according to Newton [1], [2], enables to co-ordinate the Einstein’s axioms of the Special relativity theory with the mathematical con-tents of this theory. The first axiom of SRT is not a generalization of the Galileo-Newton relativity principle to the electrodynamics processes, as was assumed by Einstein, but mathematical requirement of covariance of equations of physics relative to the Lorentz transformations. The second axiom of SRT is not the statement on the constancy of the light velocity for inertial reference systems, as per Einstein’s assumption, but mathematical requirement of invariance of this velocity relative to the Lorentz transformations. As a result, SRT is based not on the Einstein’s statement [3] "The fol-lowing reflexions are based on the principle of relativity and on the principle of the constancy of the velocity of light", but on the statement "The following reflexions are based on the principle of cova-riance and on the principle of the invariance of the velocity of light". Ignoring this circumstance leads to the contradictions and paradoxes, being the objects of the critics of Einstein's theory from the moment of its appearance up to our days.

MAXWELL FIELD EQUATIONS ARE GALILEO COVARIANT FOR ALL KINEMATIC REFRENCE SYSTEMS
Abstract. The concepts of dynamical and kinematical reference systems by Newton are introduced [1], [2]. The Maxwell field equations in the kinematical non-accelerated (in relation to the inertial) reference systems are derived. It is shown, that Maxwell equations, written in the inertial reference system, are not covariant relative to the transformation of Galileo. But these equations are Galileo-covariant relative for all kinematical reference systems.
